Yoga Class

Suitable for all levels. A combination of vinyasa (flowing between postures) and static postures, will include breath work, a meditation and/or a relaxation.

Meditation Class

Guided meditation with different focus points so that we have more tools in the box. Sessions begin with gentle posture work to get our body more comfortable to sit for meditation.

Live Facebook Session

Access to private facebook page for a variety of sessions such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation and some discussions with an opportunity to ask Kat questions.

Equestrian Yoga/Meditation

Specific classes for Equestrians focusing on areas of the body we use when riding and meditations with focus on the connection with our horse.
